3DFAMILY-CMF series coordinate measuring machine is the latest generation of high performance moving-bridge product developed by 3DFAMILY Group. Measurement system with high stability is capable of quickly and efficiently completing the common inspection needs, and greatly improving the inspection efficiency.

Product Feature
1. Single side moving-bridge structure significantly improves the movement performance and ensures the accuracy and stability.
2. Three axis guide ways are made of high precision natural granite which ensures the same temperature characteristics to get temperature stability and good rigidity.
3. Three axis guide ways adopt self-cleaning preload air bearing to get stable movement; guide ways will never be worn out.
4. RENISHAW self-adhesive metal optical ruler, which can be made close to the granite thermal expansion coefficient, enhances the machine stability.
5. RENISHAW control system with high speed and precision, embedded 32-bit microprocessor, makes real-time control come true; Optic fiber communications enhance the electrical interference capability.
6. Powerful 3D-DMIS software with simple and friendly user interface, as well as guide-style operation is easy to learn and use. And can be quickly complete benchmark set, size inspection, point inspection and comes out a rapid test report.
7. CAD module is optional in software, with off-line programming and programming-teach functions; procedures can be repeated to get higher productivity; statements output with graphic and illustrations can be printed and transferred cross platform.
8. The measurement results can be directly output as standard data files (IGES or DXF), support for reverse engineering.
