Product Description QVCL series laser vision complex measuring machine is a new product developed by 3DFAMILY, which combined with the vision measuring technology and laser measuring technology that introduced from Germany.
It has all functions of QVC, and increases all kinds of laser measurement functions, detection that cannot be touched by vision probe complex measuring machine towards IC, electron component, food processing and packing, rubber/plastic, automobile industry, household electrical appliances /office facility can be easily solved. With SPC function, mass rapid detections can be easily carried out.
Product Feature 1. Newly design of Z axes, the straightness can be insured to get better accuracy. 2. Worktable is made of aluminum alloy material which reduces the weight and improves the stability. 3. Innovatively designed, the Y axes is designed below the X axes to decrease the span, thus the abe error can be reduced. 4. The wider base design improve the stability while taking measurement, the accuracy is improved. 5.
